Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern the use of the PrintOptim service. By creating an account, you accept these terms in their entirety.
Service description
SaaS print fleet management platform
PrintOptim is an online service (SaaS) for print fleet management and supplier oversight. It enables contract centralisation, cost analysis, environmental tracking, and advanced reporting for supplier relationship management.
Pricing and billing
The Managed plan is billed at €35 excl. VAT per machine per year, based on the number of active machines in your fleet. Billing is annual, payable in advance. Prices may be revised annually with 60 days' notice. For fleets over 1,000 machines, a custom quote is provided.
Free plan
The Free plan includes unlimited contract management with no time limit or contract cap. No credit card or commitment required. PrintOptim reserves the right to modify Free plan features with reasonable notice.
30-day trial
Upon account creation, a 30-day trial grants access to the full dashboard, floor plans, and visualisations. At the end of the trial, the account automatically reverts to the Free plan. No charges are made without your explicit action.
Duration and termination
The Managed subscription is for an initial period of 12 months, automatically renewable. You may cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current period, by simple written request (email). The Free plan is accessible with no time limit.
ROI guarantee — guaranteed or money back
Definition: the service is considered to have delivered ROI when the savings identified in the advanced report exceed the annual cost of the Managed subscription.
Calculation method: savings are assessed by comparing actual costs with the optimisation levers identified in the report, based on data provided by the client.
Assessment: ROI is assessed at the end of the first 12-month Managed subscription period.
Claim process: the refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the subscription's first anniversary.
Refund scope: if ROI is not achieved, the full Managed subscription amount is refunded.
Exclusions: the guarantee does not apply if data is incomplete (fewer than 6 months of meter readings) or if the fleet has fewer than 10 machines.
Limitation of liability
PrintOptim shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or opportunities. PrintOptim's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the client in the preceding 12 months.
Intellectual property
The client retains full ownership of their data. PrintOptim retains intellectual property rights over the platform, its algorithms, and report templates. Custom reports generated from client data belong to the client.
Data and portability
Your data belongs to you. You may export it at any time in a standard format (CSV, Excel). Upon termination, your data remains accessible for 30 days, then is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
