We only collect data you submit through our forms: name, email address, phone number, organization name, and message. No data is collected without your knowledge.
Purpose of processing
Your data is used to respond to your contact requests, schedule demos, and manage the commercial relationship. It is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (voluntary form submission) and our legitimate interest in responding to your requests and managing the commercial relationship (GDPR Article 6.1.a and 6.1.f).
Recipients
Your data is only accessible to the PrintOptim team. It passes through our SMTP provider and management API (CRM), both hosted in France on dedicated servers. No transfers outside the European Union.
Hosting
All your data is hosted on dedicated physical servers in France (OVH / Scaleway). No shared cloud, no subcontracting outside the EU.
Retention period
Contact data is retained for 3 years from your last interaction with us. After that, it is automatically deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are set. If enabled, audience analytics are handled by Plausible, a tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data.
Breach notification
In the event of a data breach likely to pose a risk to your rights and freedoms, we notify the CNIL within 72 hours and inform you as soon as possible, in accordance with GDPR Articles 33 and 34.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights over your personal data. To exercise them, write to us at the address below. We commit to responding within 30 days.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
